Turnout factors
Today's survey of state polls is even better news
for Kerry. Applying the incumbent rule, Arizona would go to Kerry, for a
332-206 win in the Electoral College, and Nevada is a mere 0.5 percentage point
away.
Given the imprecision of polling I realize that adding and sorting this data to one-tenth of a point is pretty useless.
But I do think the list above roughly represents the order in which Kerry will add (or lose) states depending on his overall performance.
